1. ORDER PROCESSING

  • For all orders placed before 8am on a working day, parcels will be shipped out from our warehouse on the same day
  • For all orders placed after 8am on a working day, parcels will be shipped out from our warehouse on the following (working) day
  • For all orders placed on a non-working day, parcels will be shipped out on the following (working) day

2. INTERNATIONAL ORDER DELIVERY

  • Due to the COVID-19 impact, delivery to zones E, F and G  are suspended until further notice.
  • For all international orders, overseas purchasers are to ensure that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country before placing any order. The recipient is also responsible for any custom fees or import duties that is imposed by their home country.
  • Do note that we are unable to ship liquid products internationally. All orders will be refunded.
  • For all shipments, a tracking number will be provided for each international order.

3. ORDER TRACKING

For all international orders, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email attached with your respective tracking number once your order has been processed. You will subsequently receive a Shipment Out For Delivery email and a Shipment Delivered email after the status of your fulfillment changes accordingly.
 

4. DELIVERY REQUEST

Please leave any requests in the memo during checkout so that all requests can be seen by our warehouse staffs when packing the order. 

As we ship out parcels fast, requests sent via other channels (email, online contact form) might not reach the warehouse team before the parcel is sent out.
